13 September 2023 – (Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain): The participation of Bareeq Al Retaj, one of the leading real estate development companies based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, in Cityscape Global witnessed remarkable success as the Company highlighted some of the key real estate projects it is developing, which were met with great acclaim by visitors to the global event, held in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from September 10–13, 2023.
Cityscape Global is considered the most momentous global real estate event, attracting thousands of visitors over the course of four days, in addition to the participation of a large group of speakers, experts, international and local real estate developers, interior designers, investors, interested buyers and stakeholders in the real estate sector from various countries of the world.
Bareeq Al Retaj’s participation came within the Kingdom of Bahrain’s pavilion at the exhibition, in response to an invitation from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority – RERA, providing an ideal opportunity for the Company to cast light on some of the main projects it is developing in Bahrain, most prominent of which the Four Seasons Private Residences Bahrain Bay and the Strata at Dilmunia projects. This enabled thousands of visitors to learn about the luxury residential units in both projects and the exceptional benefits they offer.
The Four Seasons Private Residences Bahrain Bay project consists of 112 bespoke homes, providing a whole new level of luxury sea-view residences in the heart of the capital, Manama, at the island’s most sought-after neighbourhood, Bahrain Bay. This prominent project gives residents access to the neighbouring Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, with resort-style amenities, multiple restaurants and the hotel’s pristine beach, through a private bridge connecting it to the iconic hotel positioned on the northern shore of the capital. The property is also a short distance from the Avenues and MODA Mall, both of which offering the finest selections of shopping, dining and more.
Additionally, the Company showcased the features of the Strata at Dilmunia project to the visitors, who expressed their admiration for the project, which includes 101 luxury apartments, equipped with state-of-the-art and luxurious amenities. This project is distinguished by its unique location overlooking the water canal on Dilmunia Island, in addition to providing a modern residential experience for residents through a group of excellent facilities that place Strata at Dilmunia at the forefront of prominent modern urban projects being developed in the Kingdom.
