Dragon City Bahrain, the Kingdom’s largest wholesale and retail trade centre, has recently concluded that a special activity held to mark the occasion of the Saudi National Day, which is annually observed on September 23.
The event took place on September 21-23, 2023, and included a number of activities, making the experience memorable for all visitors, and enabling families and shoppers to enjoy the immersive and culturally flavoured festivities. This included special decorations that reflect the occasion with a theme of Arabic hospitality, which gave visitors a taste of traditional refreshments.
Additionally, several activities were dedicated for children during the celebrations. This included a kids’ corner and a chance to meet Dragon City Bahrain’s friendly mascot DiDi, in addition to Arabic calligraphy, facepainting and more. The event also featured a display of Ardha, the captivating traditional sword dance, demonstrated by distinguished performers.
The three-day activity further emphasised the historical fraternal relations that link the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
